Last updated : 16 July 2026
These Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) govern access to, use of and, where applicable, subscription to paid plans of the CraftLink service, published and marketed by AnkoUnity (registered office: 56 Avenue de la Paix, 94260 Fresnes; RCS Créteil 843 812 611). By creating an account, accessing the Service or subscribing to a plan, the User acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
Article 1 — Purpose and definitions
These Terms define the conditions under which AnkoUnity makes available to building trades and related professionals (the “User” or “Tradesperson”) the CraftLink service, a SaaS platform for a professional storefront, lead capture and technical management of client files.
“Service” means all features accessible via the Site and the CraftLink logged-in workspace, including the Essentiel and Pro Artisan plans.
“Lead” means any request, message, form, voice recording or signal transmitted to the Tradesperson via their CraftLink page.
CraftLink is a technical lead-capture and management tool. It is neither a marketplace, nor a mandate, nor a guarantee of commercial results.

Any notice under these Terms is validly sent to the email address associated with the User account or to contact@getcraftlink.com.
Article 3 — Access to the Service and User account
Access to reserved features requires creating a professional account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information and to update it when it changes.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. Any fraudulent use must be reported without delay to contact@getcraftlink.com.
AnkoUnity reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate an account in case of inaccurate information, abusive use, breach of these Terms or a threat to the security of the Service.
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Obtain and retain the authorisations required to process their own clients’ and prospects’ data.
- Not publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.
- Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, quotas or security measures of the Service.
Article 4 — Plans, pricing and billing (terms of sale)
AnkoUnity markets in particular the following plans, which may evolve as published on the Site:
“Essentiel” plan: free access (€0) to a limited set of features, subject to the quotas and limitations indicated on the Site (including an indicative limit of ten leads).
“Pro Artisan” plan: monthly subscription at nineteen euros excluding tax (€19 excl. VAT) per month, giving access to the Pro features described on the Site.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Prices are stated in euros. AnkoUnity may change its prices; subscribed Users will be informed in advance. New pricing applies from the billing period following notice, unless the User terminates before renewal.
Payment for paid plans is made by the means offered on the Site (including via a secure payment provider). The User authorises AnkoUnity or its provider to make the recurring charges corresponding to the subscribed plan.
Article 5 — No lock-in (Pro Artisan plan)
The “Pro Artisan” plan (€19 excl. VAT / month) is a monthly subscription with no minimum commitment period.
The User may terminate it at any time from their personal space (billing portal or equivalent features provided), before the next renewal date. Termination takes effect at the end of the monthly period already started; no pro-rata refund is due for that period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
AnkoUnity may also terminate the Pro Artisan subscription under the conditions set out in Article 7 of these Terms.
Article 6 — Free “Essentiel” plan (As-Is)
For the free “Essentiel” plan (€0), the Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of continuity, availability, performance, maintenance, priority support or longevity.
AnkoUnity reserves the right to discontinue the Essentiel plan, restrict access to it, or modify, reduce or remove quotas (including the lead limit), features or usage conditions, instantly, without notice and without any compensation.
The Essentiel User acknowledges that this free plan creates no vested right to maintain the Service in its current form and that AnkoUnity may, at its sole discretion, invite the User to migrate to a paid plan or to stop using the Service.
Article 7 — Termination and unilateral discontinuation of the Service
AnkoUnity expressly reserves the right to suspend, modify, interrupt or permanently discontinue the provision of the CraftLink Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for convenience, technical, economic, legal or security reasons.
Except in cases of urgency (security, fraud, injunction, force majeure) or the Essentiel plan cases under Article 6, AnkoUnity undertakes to give Tradespersons thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice, by email to the address associated with the account, before a permanent discontinuation of the Service or a substantial change making normal use of the main features impossible.
For ongoing paid subscriptions (including Pro Artisan): in the event of permanent discontinuation of the Service by AnkoUnity, no further charge will be made beyond the monthly billing period already started on the effective date of discontinuation. No refund of periods already billed and consumed shall be due, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
The User may terminate their account at any time using the means offered in the personal space. Termination does not release the User from amounts due for periods already started.
AnkoUnity may immediately suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment, or a risk to the security or reputation of the Service.
Article 8 — Limitation of liability and data loss
CraftLink is a technical lead-capture and management tool. The Tradesperson is solely and exclusively responsible for collecting, following up, commercially exploiting and backing up their leads as well as their own clients’ and prospects’ data.
It is the Tradesperson’s responsibility to export, archive and retain, by their own means, any information they consider critical (contact details, quotes, exchanges, attachments). AnkoUnity shall not be liable for the Tradesperson’s failure to keep an external backup.
In the event of temporary or permanent discontinuation of the Service, a technical bug, unavailability, error, loss, alteration or unavailability of data on the platform, AnkoUnity’s liability shall under no circumstances be engaged for any commercial loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of turnover, reputational harm, non-pecuniary damage or indirect damage, even if AnkoUnity was informed of the possibility of such damage.
To the extent permitted by law, AnkoUnity’s aggregate liability under these Terms, all causes combined, is limited to the total amount actually paid by the User to AnkoUnity for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, and to zero (€0) for Essentiel Users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes AnkoUnity’s liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of an obligation the non-performance of which would deprive the agreement of its substance, within the limits of applicable law.
AnkoUnity is not a party to contracts between the Tradesperson and their end clients and does not intervene in the quality of services performed by the Tradesperson.
Article 9 — Personal data and content
Depending on the purposes, AnkoUnity may act as controller (Tradesperson account, billing, security) or as processor (processing leads on behalf of the Tradesperson). Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Tradesperson remains responsible for complying with regulations applicable to their own clients (information, legal bases, data subject rights). They hold AnkoUnity harmless against any claim arising from their breach of those obligations.
Content provided by the Tradesperson (texts, images, logos, links) remains their property. The Tradesperson grants AnkoUnity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, display and technical operation of the Service.
Article 10 — Intellectual property in the Service
AnkoUnity retains all intellectual property rights relating to the Service. The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the duration of access to the Service, strictly for their internal professional needs.
Any reverse engineering, database extraction, resale or making the Service available to unauthorised third parties is prohibited.
Article 11 — Availability and maintenance
AnkoUnity endeavours to ensure normal operation of the Service, without warranty of uninterrupted service, absence of errors or absence of data loss. Maintenance, update or security operations may cause temporary unavailability, with or without notice depending on urgency.
Article 12 — Force majeure
AnkoUnity shall not be liable for any failure resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure outage, cyberattack, administrative decision, natural disaster, strike).
Article 13 — Changes to the Terms
AnkoUnity may amend these Terms. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of use of the Service. In case of a substantial change, AnkoUnity endeavours to inform Users by email or notification in the personal space. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance, unless the User terminates before that date.
Article 14 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance, and failing amicable resolution within a reasonable time, the territorially competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory rules.
As the Service is intended for professionals, consumer-specific protective provisions do not apply, except where the law requires otherwise.
