Article 1 — Publisher of the service

The website available under the domain name getcraftlink.com (the “Site”) and the SaaS software service named “CraftLink” (the “Service”) are published and operated by AnkoUnity.

Business activity: marketing and development of web and mobile applications and creation of automation solutions.

Article 2 — Publication director

The publication director is the legal representative of AnkoUnity, acting in that capacity on behalf of the company.

No natural person is named on the Site; all communications relating to the Service are made exclusively under the names AnkoUnity or CraftLink.

Article 3 — Hosting

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.

Application data for the Service (professional accounts, client requests, storefront settings) may be processed and stored via specialised technical providers, including Supabase, in accordance with applicable contractual commitments and, where relevant, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Site and the Service — including texts, trade marks, logos, graphics, interface, software architecture, databases and source code — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to AnkoUnity or its rightholders.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, without AnkoUnity’s prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

Article 5 — Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free for browsing public pages. Access to features reserved for professionals (tradesperson workspace, dashboard, subscriptions) requires creating an account and accepting the Terms of Use and Sale.

AnkoUnity endeavours to ensure continuous access to the Site without guaranteeing absolute availability. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or force majeure may occur.

Article 6 — Liability

AnkoUnity endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, AnkoUnity shall not be liable for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or temporary unavailability of the Site, nor for direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site.

CraftLink is a technical tool for lead capture and management. Commercial relationships between the tradesperson and their end clients remain the sole responsibility of the tradesperson.

Article 7 — Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. AnkoUnity has no control over those sites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or personal data practices.
